Combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon zest in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thickened. Around 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
In large bowl, add cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
Cream together until smooth.
Add half of the blueberry sauce and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
Add the remaining mixture and stir until it becomes desired texture. |
